It depends on how you get rid of them. If all you did is eliminate the "-l" and
"-u" flags to "cvs admin", that's fine by me (be sure to check of client/server
uses them, though).
Whatever you do, though, don't remove "cvs admin" altogether since "cvs admin
-kb" is still useful to recover from bad "cvs add"'s.
