I'm getting the following message when I try to checkout:
cvs server: cannot open /root/.cvsignore: Permission denied
cvs [server aborted]: can't chdir(/root): Permission denied
The obvious question is why is it searching in /root? I do not
have any environment variables for CVS set to /root. Sorry if
this is FAQ, but I couldn't find it in the FAQ or the web site.
