Same error as before : recv() ... Connect reset by peer

It seams to me, and I am no expert, that is something to do with pserver.  I
can set-up and Telnet to ports to my hearts content, but the moment I put
pserver into the equation, things stop working.

It will probably turn out to be something silly and simple, they normally
do, its the Hard stuff I find easy, the simple stuff gets me all the time.
