The business secretary just brought over some papers that she had
received, notifying her of the change. I was hoping someone else
might know a little more about this.

I was just asked by my business secretary, about an INtangible Assest
policy. Apparently there is a policy at the state level relating to
asset tagging software, and all non-tangible tech (see also:
