I commented out this lines in imapd.cfg and "Voilá!" now it works like a
charm.
#search_engine: squat
#search_index_headers: no
#search_batchsize: 64

me? Can you send a message to the affected inbox and then check your
mobile device to see if it shows up? Someone sent me an e-mail and my
phone notified me of receiving it. I was also able to read the
message. After reading the message I can no longer see the message in
my inbox on my mobile device, though.
I'm just trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening.
