Hi

Now, with Cyrus 3.x it is not. So I configured it:

sendmail: /usr/bin/sendmail
Did you make sure the sendmail binary exists there? Certain systems have
it in /usr/lib/sendmail instead.

yes, I checked the sendmail binary (locally runs the postfix in question). I tried to involve it manually even and that worked, too.

Funny thing, with Cyrus 2.x I did not configure it and it always worked...

I run it on Manjaro.

Is there any way to see if Cyrus sends an email and if no, why not?
Are you sure it didn't work once? I ask because vacation mails may not be
sent more than once in a certain amount of time. Deleting duplicate.db
before trying vacation should help here.

Quite sure, not 100% though. At last I did never get an reply (tried to send from a different local account and from another Gmail address).

I did not want to delete anything with a ".db" ending, it usually wrecks a system...

Will try this again.

Thanks.
