I just discovered a fun glitch while I was trying to load MSN software onto
my boyfriend's computer.  Apparently McAfee Virus Scan recognizes the
download from MSN as a virus, and won't load it until you disable your virus
scanner.  Naturally there's no message telling you this.  You have to call
the hotline.
