Rita,
Have you tried
closing Napster and going to Windows Explorer to rename the file? I have
helped my Mom rename dozens of songs; and, the only time it will not let me
rename it - is when the song is currently playing either via Napster and/or via
Windows Media Player. So, maybe just to be sure - close ALL open programs;
then open Windows Explorer and rename it either by double-clicking on the name
of the file, via the file menu, and/or by right clicking on the name of the
file. The important thing is to be sure that it's not playing or on
an active list to be played - that is why you will want to close all the other
open programs.
Hope this
helps!
~Lisa
ps: if this still
does not help - maybe you can e-mail the file to me; and, I'll try to rename it
and email it back - or maybe if our Napster connection is working later (too
many people on it right now - going too slow....), I may be able to download it
for you and send it your way... just let me know: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
