Is the inSetMsgFooter tag still used? I can't find it in the documentation,
and I'd like to add a custom footer at the bottom of each message.
Currently, I'm reading the form.emailfile and using the BODY= tag to add the
footer. This has all sorts or problems (like attachments and HTML).
Is it possible to add the footer attribute to the CFX_iMSMail tag, rather
than as a separate memory variable? That would seem like a more natural way
to do it.

PS The footer tag for this list says "Power By iMS" -- should be "Powered
By", yes? I guess it could be Power By, but...
