This is not iMS-specific, but more CF/SQL-Server (but would apply to iMS).
How does one connect to a SQL-Server database that's not on the local
network? I tried setting up my datasource to point the the IP address where
the SQL-Server lives, but the connection fails.
Is there a port it needs to specify? Is there something in SQL-Server that
I need to say "Connections via TCP/IP okay"?
Thanks!
Tac
