the product is ok but in my 1 year experience I had using mailmax was kind
of bad.. the server crashed a lot specially on weekends :) the sql version
was a beta so I cannot tell its bad but I can say one thing for sure.. IMS
betas where 1000 more stable than mail max.

yes eric was the one giving support on mailmax with a programmer called
jeff.. they have a good programming team but not for nothing but IMS is way
faster and stable than ever.
