Greg,
I would like to help out, I really would - but I would also like to keep things on a
professional, non-confrontational level. I
really do feel that you've been bashing us a bit without cause. We are one of the
more attentive companies and have always helped
our clients as much as possible and have even added feature upon feature to the
product without an upgrade fee.
As far as what you are expreiencing now, I can't provide an answer without you
providing some details. I need:
- iMS version (I assume the latest RC but I don't know unless you tell me)
- Post log file
and, anything else that may help. Using 60-70% processor is not a problem and no
software that uses less than 100% can be said to
be faulty. So, that figure alone does not indicate a problem to me. Also, when you
assign more threads for the Post server to use,
the more cpu will be used when there are many mails to send.
