The only other thing, really, is that the secondary server accepts mail for the 
domain.  The second mail server can either be a full
mail server or we also have a low cost ($50) solution called iMS MS Backup which is 
basically a store and forward server which
accepts mail and then stores it until the primary mail server comes back up.
