hmm, no.

The RDATA field, resoruce data, of an MX should NOT be  CNAME, but a fully 
qualified cannonical host name.

Another common mistake to put an ip address for the MX RDATA field.

Another common mistake is to put an hostname in the RDATA field, but forget 
to also define a A record for the hostname.
