Title: RE: [iMS] Problem spooling to \ims\out
Well... there was 2 accounts created with the same username. someone overlooked to put something in the code to check to see if usernames were allready taken ( long been fixed..but still have a few people losing mail )

thats fixed...

the problem here is...how do i debug the odsmime problem?!
there MUST be some way to figure out what is wrong..

in the mail table it shows the mail fine.. everything "looks" ok. i even checked to see if the mail file actually DID exist.. and it does.
so whats my next step???

In FusionMail the mail is associated only with a user in the POPs table and has nothing to do with the alias table.  Unless you're very careful about changing IDs manually you should do account maintenance through the web interface.  I'm not really sure what you need to do to resolve this.
