iMS SE Post 2.1.1
CFX_iMSMail 2.9

We did a mailing to around 700 subscribers yesterday, and we have (so far)
had complaints from 2 of them that they are getting continuous copies of the
same mail. I checked the database that there was only one record for each
address, and the CFX log that only one mail file was created for each
address.

However in the Post log I can see that a connection is being made: here's an
example

29/01/2002 02:44:43 [006] Send mail start for ED993482FDB4CF4587B4.mbx
(Priority 5)
29/01/2002 02:44:43 [006] Connect to losangeles.komex.com
29/01/2002 02:44:43 [006] Sending mail to losangeles.komex.com

but there is no successful delivery entry, and the above entry repeats about
every 8 minutes. The mail file was still in the out folder so was presumably
in an infinite delivery loop (so I of course deleted all the files in the
folder to stop this and any others who might be having the problem).

I've been using iMS for a few months now and haven't come across this
problem before, although it is the first time we've used iMS to mail this
particular list.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
