7000/min is not unreasonable.  One of the biggest bottlenecks is mx lookups.  Make sure that you have mx caching set to at least 5000.  also, make sure you have the 2.1c version of POST as there are older versions that have intermittent delivery deferments.   HTH,   Howie ----- Original Message ----- From: Yossi Mills To: inFusion Support List Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2002 1:23 PM Subject: [iMS] Thrashing iMS Hi..
