This whole process would be about 20x easier if the failto address would
accept tokens. Here's what I'm trying to solve:

you send something via cfx_imsmail with the query= attribute to a list
including [EMAIL PROTECTED] (that's co-N). Obviously, it fails, but the
error message doesn't give the full address (since it fails resolving the
domain name).

So the message is sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (which is what failto is
set to), but there's no indication anywhere in the email what the original
email address was that this was sent to, nor the token id. Since I'm using
the query= parameter of the cfx_imsmail tag, I can't customize the failto
address without tokenization.

I don't want to use ReportPostStatus. I'm looking at postfail.com, but
this means a separate script for handling these kinds of errors (and it
doesn't seem to be working for me, maybe I need to set failto to something
else?)

I feel like the biblical widow petitioning the judge. Howie, can you please
make failto accept tokens? I've spent hours and hours on this, and am
pretty much stuck. I like the ability to use the query= parameter to reduce
the number of messages, I'd hate to give that up. But I can't see a way to
consistently process error messages without that.

Thx,

Tac
