Tac, that's of course the point of putting the ID in the email address of the
bounce-to address (failures_nnnn@smokescreen). If you just send failures to a single
address then you're going to have a hell of a time figuring out who bounced
(consistently) no matter what method you use. If you use a blank failto, doesn't it
return the mail to the SMTPFROM address?

Is failto required in this situation? Again, what about specifying it as blank
(failto="")? If that doesn't work then there's a problem, otherwise I don't see one.
