The intention of FAILTO has always been to send a human-readable error notification so 
that a user can be made aware of the fact
that their email could not be delivered.  The ReportPostStatus functionality was 
designed to allow you to process bad addresses.

Having said that, we will look at enhancing the PostFail functionality for a 
subsequent POST Server release.  I just can't promise
when it would be available.  I will keep you posted.
