We don't have a COM version of CFX_ODSMIME as of yet as there was no demand for
one.  This might be something that we look at in the near future.

The iMSMail COM object is thread-safe.

We provide an ASP example of using the iMSMail COM object but do not have one in
PHP yet.  The use of PHP has only become viable recently.
