It's a plain text file and is in the iMS\Documentation menu.

Look in your iMS folder for iMSMail.dll and register it using regsvr32.exe.

ODSMail is a very old CFMail replacement tag that we released as freeware.

iMSMail.dll.  You can register it on any machine using regsvr32.exe.
