I'm thinking of adding a new filter to my spam engine based on Content-Transfer-Encoding of base64. Has anyone gotten anything legitimate using this encoding type? Is it common in Europe or Asia for normal mail? I know a number of spammers use it to 'hide' their content from content scanners. Thanks
