A BCC is a recipient without a header. For example, if I want to send an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and BCC [EMAIL PROTECTED]
it would be something like:
<cfx_imsmail smtpto="[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]" header_To="[EMAIL PROTECTED]" ...>
This is unlike a CC which would also have a header_CC header.
