I haven't set it to run on a particular IP. Don't know if not
specifying a particular IP is the cause for the lockup. May be
searching for the IP and creating an infinite loop. When you check
services, its stated as starting but will continue at this state until
I log off and on. Its more of an annoyance than anything else.
