We sent out 36,298 mailings last night, our largest yet, with token use for
the first time. Really pleased with iMS!! Thanks for the efforts. Couple of
q's:
1. We are using the reportpoststatus to flag every address as sucessful or
failed. 716 records do not show either flag and there is only one mbx (more
on that below) in the OUT folder (nothing in the QUEUED folder). Why might
these 716 not have been flagged? What steps can I take to trouble-shoot?
2. There is one MBX file in the OUT folder (no MAIL file). A section of the
file:
To: null
From: inFusion Mail Server
Subject: Undeliverable message
...
Your attached message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] could not be delivered.
I said "RCPT TO: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" and mx.nyc.untd.COM responded:
550 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Account Inactive
Why would a message like this show up in our OUT folder?
3. There are 12,300 files in the BadMes folder. What do these represent?
