However, we did have the fail/warn attributes set as you stated below. Still
got the message. (And just the one out of 36K+). Anything else to look into?
Or should we let it ride until we upgrade to latest version?

Older versions of iMS would not flag a temporarily failed recipient as a
permanent during the last retry - this behavior
has been changed in the latest version.

If you set FAILTO="NULL" and WARNOTO="NULL" then you won't see these.

These are mails where there were no valid recipients.  For example, the
recipient was joe@aol instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
