Howie, what information would I need to provide you or what pointers can you
give me that will help pin point why mbx records are not being created.
I have a significant amount of mail files just sitting in the queued folder
that never reach the out folder. If I understand correctly once the mail
file is created an mbx file is supposed to be associated with it, and at
that point the two files (mbx/mail) are moved to the Out folder for
distribution.
We run IMS 2.4eRz with an older version of the CFX_IMSMail tag (due to a
glitch with AOL and Outlook email programs). Operating system is Windows
2000 with Norton AntiVirus running in the background.
Any help or suggestions from other users is also welcomed and appreciated.
