I'm at a loss, Howie. Where is this developer version you speak of? I don't
see it in the downloads. Am I missing something?

I have never been able to reproduce this.  If you can give me a way to
reproduce this then that would make things a lot
easier.  For example, if you could install the developer version of iMS on a
server and come up with some code that
shows what's happening, then I'd be able to provide some answers.
