Keep a daily tally in a table and update the table when they send mail (do this in the
SMTP templates). When the user
reaches a certain number return a custom reply in the rcpt template...something like:
result=reject
customresponse="550 Too many mails from you today"
Just make sure that you reset the tally daily...
