Hi Jose,
Do you log every e-mail that users send in a database? You could do a count on
everything sent in the past 24 hours before entering the next message.
In SQL Server something like this would work:
IF SELECT count(emailid) FROM EmailTable WHERE user = X AND dateentered > DATEADD(hh,
-24, getdate()) > 5000
return 0
ELSE
BEGIN
insert e-mail
return 1
END

What I mean is - how do the mails get into the queue? From the SMTP or
Relay server? From the cfx? Something else?
