No you shouldn't. I'm surprised you're getting them back at all from anyone. If one could expect their own headers back, life would be easier (well at least as far as processing email goes, anyway :). There's nothing in the RFCs requiring your headers be sent back to you in case of a bounce or reply. Hence we have to use a bounce address with a unique ID to identify who the bounce is from.
