Well, that certainly sped things up. Now I am seeing more like 100 messages per minute being delivered.

The manual says that the professional version of the post server can deliver over 7 million emails per day. Does this mean it can deliver Approx. 290,000 emails per hour / close to 5000 emails per minute!?

There are posts there from other users who have posted code on how they handle bounces as well as several opinions on boogie pop itself.
