By default a domain in FusionMail (unless you assign a designated IP address) requires
that the user name include the complete domain. For example, this is incorrect:
user: joe
password: pass
This is correct:
user: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
password: pass

Chances are that there are errors in the log file. You can either have a look in
there to see what's what or you can send them to me off-list (zipped if they are too
big).
