I can't find that file either ... is there a way to delete all of the
attempted send files (can I just delete all .mail files) and start fresh
here?
Also, looking at the bottom of my latest log, I see this:

"Remote server banned ..." Is it possible that someone in our corporate IS,
not knowing any better, has banned my server? Could that be part of my
problem?
