Our new servers are Win2003 with CFMX 6.1.
FusionMail, by default, requires SMTP authentication. I recommend using the iMS Relay
server with applications like CFMAIL. It doesn't require smtp auth (but is still
secure). I ususally recommend running it on a non-standard port like port 2525.
If you want to use the iMS SMTP server instead then you can put the CF server into the
allowed IPs of the SMTP Server and then, I believe, it should work. I requested that
FusionMail v2.5 include support for the iMS allowedIPs setting but I'm not 100%
certain that it does.
