If the two servers are not at the same site then the port would need to be open the the firewall.
THEY are definately the same server, so this is even MORE odd.
Would that make "Relaying Not Allowed" show in relay log like it does notw?My firewall for the Colo has 1139 open and this is the Log file for iMS Relay it says:
I'm not sure where the message is coming from. If it's coming from the relay server then you should see the transaction in the log file.
" 0000 Fatal error - Cannot open STMP SOcket [1139] (sock listen), , Address already in use"
Should I try 2525 and have them open it?
I never changed the CF port default, you can change the port inside the <cfmail> tag with Port="" which I did. So resetting not necessary from what I know. Correct me if I am wrong.
