Thats strange then, because our log does not have that line ("Sent Successfully To") in it at all, yet the daily counters/stats are correct and show the appropriate amount of email being delivered. Also the open rate stats and undeliverable as reported and recorded by the Data.cfm and ReportPostStatus.cfm indicate that the mail WAS delivered while only 70 or so were recorded as undeliverable.

I'll send you my log file (or a part of it) offline Howie.
