Well, The latest Install of IMS 2.5c again corrupted my neo-runtime.xml
file and stopped CFMX from starting.
I installed the IMS2.5c on 3 servers (two licensed productions servers and
one dev license server).
On the two production servers I clicked NO for all of the "register dll
with Cold Fusion Server". On the dev server I clicked OK for these prompts.
And it is only the DEV server who's neo-runtime.xml file is now corrupt.
