Kym, Well I don't really understand why anyone needs a general-purpose virus scanner like NAV running on a *server* (these are client-side products), but if you insist on doing so, you should most definitely exclude any "sensitive" folders like you mail server's queue. Also if you have NAV set to disable programs until it can perform a scan (or whatever's going on there), you're just asking for trouble sooner or later. IMHO anyway :-)
