This is dont in your DNS.  Basically, you have to get the person who manages your DNS to match the forward lookup to the reverse lookup.  Also, make sure the iMS EHLO/HELO setting in the POST Server matches this.

Subject: [iMS] Setting up Reverse DNS

I have just been informed that AOL wants me to set up Reverse DNS lookup on my eMail Server.  1st, how do I do this? and how do I test it to make sure it is why AOL needs in order for us to send emails to our AOL email client base?  Can someone pls point me in the right direction on where I need to look?

Thanks,
