Forward DNS and reverse DNS are two separate issues.  You may control 
the (forward) DNS for your domain, but the reverse DNS for your block 
of IP addresses may be controlled by your ISP (the one you got the IP 
addresses from).  Some ISPs delegate the reverse DNS for the blocks 
of IP addresses they give out, but many don't (and thus require you 
to go through them for changes to reverse DNS).
