The problem appears to be intermitent and only happen under load. I just tested a single send and it worked fine. I did not turn on full logging during my production run - I should have. I will have to wait until next Monday when we send our next newsletter to run full logging. Clearly something is amiss with iMS too. Howie ran some tests on my DNS servers and says they have a high failure rate.
