Howie,
That is why I don't see the icons, I use Terminal Server to access the
server.  Is there away around this so I can see the activity?  Maybe like a
stand alone application that monitors the activity?

And, you have to make sure that the service is configured to interact with
the desktop (this is done in the Windows services settings).  Also - the
icons do not display when accessing the server via remote desktop.
