Oh, that's too bad! The description in DDG starts with "Free ebook download
as PDF file....". But I didn't actually try to download it. It must be a
large file! Oh yeah, I see. $9 US for 24 hour access. Well, at least you
can still read it for free.
Ok, I will have a look at that page, and get to work, the next time I'm
online. I'm just about to log off for now. But I'll be back in
