This is what I see in the source code:
document-metadata.cpp: _notebook.append_page(_page_metadata2, _("License"));
document-metadata.cpp: llabel->set_markup (_("<b>License</b>"));
By chance are you noticing one instance of 'License' in the dialog
translated, and another not? In this case perhaps only one of the above
versions is appearing in the .po files?
