Looks like rwst tried to make them translatable (but didn't recognize 
that they're part of an array -- which needs N_ instead of _, and needs 
code refs, as you say.

I didn't originally make them translatable, since they're names.  Does 
the name "Inkscape" get translated?  However, the licenses are somewhat 
descriptive ("public domain") so I guess it makes sense.  :)

I'll see if I can cook up a patch.
