Thanks for asking :) Top priority would be the news article about the new version: currently: https://inkscape.org/pt-br/news/2017/08/07/inkscape-0-92-2-release-announcement/ and second would be the new FAQ item. Release notes (long and detailed), privacy policy (long), hackfest news (long), and download descriptions (uncomfortable to edit, lots of clicks, and some chance of messing up) would be lower in priority.
