Maren - There isn't an expiratory date, there's an expired date. If
the date is set at all, the user is expired. The date only documents
when it happened.

Sylvain - That's just a style thing, without blinking off on hover,
the functions wouldn't be visible. Such as leave team / remove user
(for admins) but it could be improved.
