1. Why?  Because of the differences between nmake and dmake cropping up when
the recipient tries to make the distribution?  Surely the compiler shouldn't
matter if you are careful not to use compiler specific code.

2. After Inline 0.50 it should matter even less (as in, not at all), right?
Since mingw32/gcc relies on no runtimes or libraries that are not standard
Win libraries, we should be able to distribute binaries compiled with the
mingw32/gcc to any win32 user, shouldn't we?

3. Can I have a copy of your mingw32/gcc perl or information on how you got
it to compile? (I have had nothing but problems with this, getting numerous
errors in the makefile.mk in the win32 folder of the perl source dist, that
was supposed to be written for dmake but didn't seem to be).
